Lili Shoulders

Creative Director

A superb designer, Lili's role as Creative Director means that she is responsible for project coordination, drawings and presentations, vendor coordination, rendering and graphic design, and many of the firm's marketing efforts.

She has six years of professional design experience, and has been on a highly accelerated growth path, with her breadth of knowledge expanding to evidence-based design research LEED, Pebble's (CHD) and Planetree patient-centered design focus.

Lili boasts skills in Photoshop, Publisher, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, AutoCaD, Sketchup, and Revit. A graduate of Howard University, with a BA in Interior Design, Lili has a unique blend of insight, creativity and pragmatism which makes her a valuable asset to her design team and clients.
