Huelat Parimucha Ltd as a consultant with URS, provided programming, planning and schematic design for the VA facility in West Haven Connecticut. The study included a new Outpatient Care and rehab as well as renovations to the inpatient units.

VA Connecticut encompasses an inpatient facility and Ambulatory Care Center in West Haven; an Ambulatory Care Center in Newington; and six primary care Community Based Outpatient Clinics.
